Kõige sagedamini kulub kodutööde tegemiseks kolm kuni neli tundi nädalas (selliselt vastas 49%), sama tulemus oli ka Läti ja Leedu naiste seas.
Kui küsitletutel paluti 5 palli skaalal hinnata erinevate kodutööde meeldimist või mittemeeldimist, hindasid nii Eesti kui Läti naised kõige meeldivamaks kodutööks pesupesemise (keskmine hinne eesti vastajate seas 4,0 punkti), leedulaste jaoks on kõige meeldivamaks kodutööks igapäevaste sisseostude tegemine. Meeldivuselt järgmisteks hinnati eestlaste seas igapäevane söögivalmistamine perele ning kodu korrastamine.
Kõige ebameeldivamate kodutööde tiitli pälvisid Eesti vastajate seas triikimine ja akende pesu. Sama tulemus saadi ka Läti vastajate seas, seevastu Leedu naised hindasid kõige ebameeldivamaks tegevuseks vannitoa ja tualeti puhastamise.
Kui vastajatel paluti valida üks kodumasin, mida nad mingil juhul ei loovutaks, osutusid Eesti naiste jaoks kõige asendamatuteks külmkapp (34%), pliit (34%) ning pesumasin (30%). Kõige lihtsamini ollakse nõus loobuma tolmuimejast ja nõudepesumasinast – neid oleks eelistanud ainsa kodumasinana alles jätta vaid 2% vastanutest. Läti ja Leedu naiste seas olid esikohal külmkapp (vastavalt 52% ja 51%) ning pesumasin (42% ja 35%).
